Kay qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 with Clark Whitehill. Kay went onto spend approximately 10 years with Vantis plc (formerly Morgan Brown and Spofforth). Kay was Managing Director of Morgan Taxation Limited, the specialist company dealing with Inland Revenue investigations and other taxation problems. Kay left Vantis in 2001 and joined Chantrey Vellacott DFK as a Tax Partner. Kay specialises in Inland Revenue investigations and Taxation and Business Advice.

Vanessa Graham - Director of Cube Partners

Vanessa commenced training as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 at Vantis plc (formerly Morgan Brown & Spofforth) and became a partner in 1999.

Once qualified, Vanessa developed a specialist department within Vantis to service specialist regulated clients, primarily charities, FSA regulated entities, solicitors (including SAR reports) and pension schemes. The role combined technical advisory and compliance expertise, together with the more general business advisory skills of a general practitioner.
